" Notes" is presented as a journal of culture, art and society that addresses issues of Paraná, spreading what happens, what happened and what is done in the city. "We believe in the culture of Paraná, we believe in the artists of Paraná and we also believe that what happens in Paraná has to be seen and known by all," wrote Nancy Graf, its Director-in publishing the first issue.

| From this month, a new publication of culture, art and society is distributed in our city. These are Notes, a free distribution magazine that shows regional expressions and reported historical, social, cultural and artistic Paraná, and appear every two months. |
